Love having a taste of Chicago in Temecula. The inside of Rosatis is your typical pizza parlor with a full bar. Limited seating inside, but the decor does not disappoint. There is some outside patio seating as well, with plenty of TV's. Can be a little pricey, so not something I dabble in often, but always hits the spot when I'm craving pizza. This specific location also charges a 3.99% fee when using a debit or credit card, which is really frustrating. Excellent bartender, who was making drinks for the entire restaurant and attending to the high top tables around the bar, as well as the customers sitting at the bar. She kept the bar area and tables clean during my dining experience, she was fantastic but I didn't catch her name. PROS: * plenty of parking * fantastic pizza, made fresh * pasta, pizza, hot dogs, cheeseburger and sandwiches! * full bar * lots of TVs * can easily order for takeout or order ahead CONS: * does get busy, so be prepared (especially during certain sporting events) * 3.99% charge when using a debit/credit card ‼

Stopped in for dinner and had the original Chicago pie. Wow just amazing it does take a bit to make but well worth the wait. Place is always busy ence the good food but even like that they give great service.

Great service by Crystal made the evening more special! She was friendly, attentive and reliable the whole night. The wing special was fantastic with the mango habanero being the best. This was our co-workers fist time trying Chicago style pizza and she said she would definitely be back. It was also was very nice evening sitting out in the side lanai and it was crowded when we were leaving at 7:00 pm. Great service, food and company is an equation to come back again! The best Chicago pizza in the area for sure!

I ordered the famous Chicago deep dish. It's super thicker than my imagine, So heavy. I ordered 14" for family in 4 people. 12 pieces chicken wings tasted good.

Always the best. For 25 years I've been going here. As you can see from the pics their pizza is simply the best. Combine that with awesome salads AND FOOTBALL and you are set for life! Reminder that they are closed on Mondays (bummer for Monday Night Football) but understandable because they work long hours. Must visit! In the corner of Margarita & Rancho Cal in Temecula

Service and food is always 10/10! Authentic Chicago style pizza! Trust me I'm from Chicago! Bottomless mimosas on Sunday but if you want a real treat try the Italian margarita.

I had high hopes this evening. Because of raving reviews, and maybe the only place that has deep dish pizza, I decided to cancel my Roundtable order and order from this place instead. They do not deliver over 5 miles so I sent my husband to pick up pizza. When we got home, we excitedly opened our box. My son's never had a deep dish pizza in his life so he doesn't know what he's looking at. I could laugh at his reaction as he stares at the pizza all confused. Look at the picture and that's the pizza we got. Half cheese, and the other half has all the sauce, meat and all. No we didn't order it that way. It came like that. As if someone dropped the pizza. Doesn't anyone check the food they send out for quality? The pizza looks, for a lack of better word, very unappetizing. And of course when all the ingredients are shoved off to one side, what do you get? A greasy pizza. Welp, that was a hot mess. And to the other reviewer who said "thank me later!" Thank you for what?
